It was an easy zoom interview and then a reference check. I got an offer within a week of my references submitting their survey answers. You need at least 4 references who are managers or co-workers. There were 2 people interviewing me, and the questions were pretty standard. Most communication for each step was via email.

The interview process went pretty well, I had two interviews and they both took less than 45 minutes. I got a call later on and they offered me the position. The nursing director was very nice and the manager who interviewed me.
