First, there was a call with central HR, then a call with the local General Manager. An offer was extended the following week after some email exchanges. It wasn't too difficult, the questions weren't tricky, and they also presented the graduate program quite a bit. Both HR and the GM were very nice and approachable.

It was a straightforward interview with simple questions, nothing complex. They mainly wanted to confirm your health status and your availability for flexible work schedules, including the possibility of working night shifts either once a week or a couple of times a month.

This was a really great interview, probably the best one I've had. The person interviewing me was super chill and put me at ease, which really helped me feel more confident. They seemed to be looking for people who are good team players and have a good personality. It's always worth going through the interview process for a company that has good growth potential.

They contacted me about an hour before the interview. The next day, I had another interview where business formal attire was required, which was unnecessary. The place was chaotic with construction everywhere and no receptionist. They offered very little information about the job, and what they did share was negative. They refused to show me the work area despite my requests. I never heard back about whether I got the job. It was very unprofessional, with interviews happening in a chaotic office space. The negative online reviews seem accurate. I'd avoid Newrest.
