It was a simple behavioral interview and then a background check. They asked if I was okay with talking to random people and potentially facing rejection. They also asked about my availability for work. Basically, if you can read and write, you'll get the job.

I applied online and heard back the same day for a 30-minute phone interview. It was pretty standard. They said they'd email me that day to set up an in-person interview, but I didn't hear back for a few days. I emailed to follow up, and they finally got back to me the next day with a time. When I got there, they made me fill out a paper application, which was a pain because I had my resumes ready. The interview itself was an hour long, and he talked mostly about the company and potential role challenges instead of asking me many questions. He mentioned there would likely be a third interview, but then I was ghosted. It would have been nice to at least get an email saying they weren't moving forward.

After a phone screen, I went in for an in-person interview. They had me fill out a paper application even though I had already applied and they had my resume. I met with several team members for about two hours. I was told I would hear back regardless after the bosses returned from vacation, but they never responded to my follow-up email. It felt rude to not get any confirmation after taking the time to interview.

It was a phone interview only. I found out this position wasn't in Boston, like most of the listings indicated. It was actually for their Woburn office. Since they had multiple listings in different areas, I thought it was for a Boston satellite office. But a commute to Woburn just wasn't feasible for me, so I ended the interview once I learned this. The Company really should update their listing.
