The interview process was quite professional. They asked me about my experience and what I brought to the school community. I also liked that they asked questions about how I'd support the students and their families.

I first met NNPS at a job fair and after a quick chat, they said someone would call to set up an interview. I followed up multiple times with different people and was always told an interview would be scheduled, but it never was. I went to another job fair and they said the same thing about scheduling an interview. Again, I had to follow up a lot, but finally, I got an interview. They told me they'd send the link the same day, but they didn't send the virtual interview link until the night before, which was only after I called them. The interview was a panel, but only one person talked and didn't acknowledge my answers at all before asking the next question. The whole thing was under 15 minutes and felt really dehumanizing.

It was a lot to do but well worth it. You will need to have a class A drivers license, you will need to present your driver record from the DMV. You will be finger printed for a back ground check. You will need to do a drug screening. You will need to have three references in writhing from a friend. You will need to have employer references in writhing from your previous employer. Once that is done then you will have to go through 4 weeks of training in the classroom and out on the road. You will be required to do skills and be tested on before they permanently hire you.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Have you had any accidents in the last 3 years.
