The first thing you have to do is take a test. It's got about 90 to 120 multiple choice questions and you have to write something too. It covers basic math, English stuff, how to handle things at work, and Applied Behavior Analysis. After that, there's a panel interview with two people who will ask you nine questions. Then, you might have another interview, get a job offer, or be put on an eligibility list.
