I had one call screener and then one in-person meeting. Both meetings were with HR people. I never saw or heard from the hiring manager. The process was underwhelming. The HR guy left me waiting a while so I could do an application that they already have via email on paper. You don't get to talk to the hiring manager. Not seeing the hiring manager makes the info you receive a little bit irrelevant. A good interview discusses what the day-to-day is like. HR couldn't address some of the reviews on here which suggest they are busybodies.

I had a phone screening to start, and then my second interview was over Facetime. I learned about what the program entails and potential growth opportunities. The interviewer was very honest about the company and what standards I would be held to.

Behavioral Other

I showed up with my resume in casual clothes, not really expecting much, just to drop it off. But then, someone rushed out and I ended up interviewing with the Front Desk Manager, then the HR person, and finally, the General Manager, which felt a bit unprofessional. Right after, HR had me signing papers for possible positions and suggested I mention interest in housekeeping because front desk staff help out in other areas. Looking back, this seems like a manipulation tactic because they used it to put me in laundry, even though I was hired for the front desk and no one else there had to do that.

Behavioral

The hiring and interview process was kind of average, maybe even a bit below. They didn't have a specific spot for the interview, and we ended up wandering around the hotel for a bit trying to find an empty room. HR seemed pretty unprepared.
