Optimization Analyst
I applied on the company's website. I got an email asking if I wanted to talk with them. Then I had a phone interview. After that, I met with two leads on the team, and then the two managers.

Engineering
The interview process was very nice and straightforward with professional and well-organized questions. They also included a plant tour. Overall, it was a good experience, although it seemed like they weren't happy with their upper management, and the company felt very divided.
