It was a pleasant process and allowed me to calm the nerves that come with a first interview. Warmth, understanding, and attention from the employers. Excellent organization and punctuality in coordination.

It was pretty straightforward and accurate to say that I have no problem getting the same as others in my area but the difference between me being the one that has to do it for the job is the same thing I do it every day so I’m just trying not having

I had known the company for a while since friends worked there, and I had applied a few times before. In January, HR called me about an Account Coordinator opening and asked if I was still interested. This was a quick 10-minute call. Then, they sent me a written test. After I returned the test, I was invited to their Brickell office for interviews. I met with several team members, even some also looking for new hires, for a total of 4 interviews. They asked me to choose between two different practices, and I made my choice. Later that day, they called to say I needed to interview with the head of the practice I chose (a Senior VP), and we scheduled it for that evening. The earlier interviews were standard, lasting about 10-15 minutes each. The VP interview was much longer, almost an hour, very in-depth and intense, moving quickly. Two weeks after that, HR called with the offer.
