Had a quick chat with the hiring manager. We mostly talked about my background and how my personality influences my work. We also discussed my experience in football and event operations, specifically related to the Bowl game, not the Yankees.

The interview process was very professional and helpful. The Yankee family makes you feel at home, like there's no better place to work. Everyone from the staff to co-workers to the higher-ups makes you feel like family. I remember a VP walking around greeting everyone while I was working. I love this place.

After applying online, I got an email about a face-to-face interview scheduled within a week and a half. The interview took place in one of the suites, a walk past a lot of Yankees history which felt a bit intimidating but inspiring. The in-person interviews were brief and split into two parts. First, two senior leaders interviewed me, then two managers who would be my direct supervisors. They were all really friendly and asked straightforward questions relevant to the role. The very next day, I received an email inviting me to a group interview the following day. This part was longer, involving rotating through different tables with other potential ambassadors. We did icebreakers, like interviewing someone next to us and introducing them, and a challenging group puzzle of Andy Pettitte. We also did a verbal puzzle where we used clues to figure out a lineup order. A week or two after that, I was offered the job and came in for two days of training. The whole experience was fast, fun, and a bit nerve-wracking, but ultimately rewarding.

I applied online and then got a call from the hiring manager for a brief chat about my career goals. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at Yankee Stadium. It was a group interview, and although I thought it would be around 2 hours, it ended up being almost 7 hours long. We started with a casual group discussion, then had lunch with some sales reps. Post-lunch, we shadowed other reps and met with more sales managers. They mentioned they were trying to fill the role quickly, but I didn't hear back for about a month and a half, even after sending several emails to the hiring manager. The people I talked to seemed nice and fun, but the company's organization wasn't impressive.
