So, I went through a few rounds of interviews. It started with HR, then I spoke with the VP of the program, followed by my potential reporting manager. After that, I had another chat with the VP, and then back to HR again. The offer stage was about to happen, but then they told me their org structure was changing and I'd report to a senior manager instead. I wasn't okay with that, so I declined the job.

I had previously written a review because I didn't hear back after completing the final rounds for two different positions. I was still interested in the company and thought it might have been a one-off situation. A few months later, the same recruiter who ghosted me reached out about a month ago to discuss a few roles I'd applied for and what I was looking for. He then asked for my availability to speak with the hiring manager for a specific role. I provided it, but again, never heard back. I would have preferred a direct response, even if it was a rejection. This time, a different recruiter contacted me about another role. We scheduled a 20-minute phone screen, and I confirmed my selected time via email. However, when the scheduled time arrived, there was no call, no-show, and no email. This recruiting experience has been a complete joke, and I do not recommend interviewing with them as they clearly do not respect candidates' time.

Recruiter reached out after my online application. We had a video interview. They got back to me two weeks later. Another two weeks after that, I got an automated email saying they were looking at other candidates.
