Project Manager
I had to fill out an application form where I detailed my experience in different skills. Then, I waited about two weeks for the interview. The phone interview itself was an hour long. It was a pretty standard interview, starting with the usual 'tell me about yourself' question. They asked about my experience managing multiple projects at the same time and my experience with offshore resources. I felt it went well and was hoping for an offer.

Technology Lead
Overall, the interview process was good. The recruitment team was great, and the immigration and benefits teams were also wonderful. However, the bench sales team seemed a bit slow and didn't seem very responsive to our resource needs.
