They send out a packet on what to expect and research about them to "prepare" for in the interview. All of the interviews (4 to be exact) took 3 weeks to schedule, and were all via Zoom. Only one of the people I had interviewed with seemed affable and was asking engaging questions, while the others seemed disinterested or even emotionless and displeased they had to speak with me before the conversation had even begun. After those interviews, I waited just under 2 weeks to get an answer as to what the next steps were. They claimed they were delayed due to "restructuring", only to find out they moved on with someone else. Waste of time, bad communication, and way too thorough/extensive of an interview process.

Applied online and heard back in the same week. The interview process was overall very smooth and had lots of communication. It included a call with the recruiter, then a call with the technical lead, followed by a code pair with the technical lead and two other engineers, and finally a call with the CEO.

This interview process was tough but well-designed. Everyone had good exercises and questions prepared. I actually liked every meeting; they felt more like conversations than interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, where we did a product exercise. I loved it - it felt like a product chat with someone who's really into it. And he gave me feedback during the exercise, which I now use myself. The meetings with the other team members also went well. The team's talent was impressive; they were all smart, driven, and experts, yet still nice and friendly. The whole process felt very professional. I took the job because the work is exciting, but mainly because of the team's quality and my interview experience.
