Inside Sales Representative
The Mets are known for having a great sports sales program. You'll start with a phone interview (they might do virtual ones now too), and then come in for an in-person interview event. During the event, you'll learn the basics of ticket sales, do some icebreakers and team-building, and then make sales calls trying to sell season ticket packages.
- Tell me about your ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Describe your approach to handling setbacks and disappointment.
Inside Sales Representative
You'll start with a first round interview, and then there's an all-day workshop. In the workshop, several people who have completed the program will speak with you, and then the process will be discussed. It's a very professional and friendly environment.
- What makes you want to join the Mets?

- Could you sell me this drill?
