I had an initial FaceTime interview scheduled, but the recruiter called on the phone instead because someone had locked the iPad. The recruiter seemed uninterested and asked only a few questions before saying they were far along in the hiring process. I felt like they called just to meet a quota. After that unprofessional interaction, I wasn't interested in the company. However, several weeks later, another recruiter contacted me for an interview for the same position, which made me think they weren't coordinating internally.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really smooth and quick. A recruiter contacted me to set up an interview. There wasn't a phone screen, but I actually met with the managing partner. The interview itself went great. They looked over my resume and then asked about my past jobs, what I'm looking for, the work environment, and how my previous managers handled things. After that, the partner spent a lot of time explaining the role, who I'd be supporting, and how a life insurance company is structured. Following the interview, the same person reached out about a second interview, but the salary was too low, which was a bummer because I would have liked to work there and for him. Even though I turned down the second interview, I'd still recommend applying. I think I would have enjoyed working for the company and reporting to that manager.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone screening, then a face-to-face interview a week later where I met with two hiring managers for about 30 minutes each. During that interview, I was given an Excel test and had to write a letter. After that, I was told I didn't get the job, but they liked me and recommended me for another position in my hometown. I then met with the hiring manager for that role, but didn't get an offer because the salary was entry-level and I couldn't accept it.
