Customer Service Representative
I showed up 15 minutes early for my interview on a Friday, but then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before they were ready for me. The setup upstairs was a bit confusing, and if you're not resourceful, it's easy to get lost trying to find the right place. The whole interview process took a really long time, about 4 hours. I first interviewed with one person, and then after a 15-minute wait, a second person came in to interview me. Following that, a third person administered a personality test, which lasted about an hour. They then informed me that there were two positions available and described them, asking which I preferred. I found this odd and felt pressured to choose, especially since I wasn't sure I fully understood the differences between the roles, though I felt capable of doing either. Ultimately, I decided to stick with the original position I applied for.

HR saw my resume from a job fair and I was contacted by them. The whole process took three weeks. They set up an interview with the team and I ended up talking to 3 managers.
- Describe how you would handle an upset client.
Customer Service Representative
The interview involves two interviewers. Initially, you'll take a math test with about 5 questions, given 10 minutes and a calculator. These are story problems focused on calculating annual, semi-annual, and quarterly investment deductions from paychecks. Following the math test, there's an interview focusing on situational/behavioral questions and skill-based inquiries.
- Could you walk me through your previous job experiences?
- Can you share an instance of a challenging task you faced and how you successfully managed it?
- Please complete a math quiz consisting of story problems; a calculator will be provided.
