I went through a three-round interview that all happened back-to-back one morning. I spoke with three different managers from different teams. The process involved a basic background check, questions about my experience in the field, and we talked about how I like to work in teams, my workflow, and my communication style. It was great because the interviewers were really open and shared a lot of details about the company and the job. They did ask some specific accounting questions, so it's a good idea to prep technically.

It took a very long time to get through the interview process. After two months and three rounds, I had to proactively ask for an update. This was then followed by an automated rejection email. I felt that after all the time and effort I put in, a rejection from a person would have been more appropriate.

This interview process took a lot of my time. The recruiter and the local contact person were nice, but they didn't give straight answers about money, marketing, or support. After the third interview, they told me the first year was commission and bonus only, even though they had repeatedly said the salary would be close to what I was aiming for. It felt very misleading and was a waste of my time.
