Agent
They do a lot of vetting. You'll need to get licensed for life insurance first. After that, there are more interviews before they decide. You need recommendations and have to do some initial surveys with people you know, which will actually help you later in your career.
- What makes you want to be in this line of work?
Agent
The interview process included a recruiter call, a phone screen, and a technical screen. I was asked to talk about myself and my experience, any sales or customer service background I had, my motivation for the job, and my knowledge of life insurance.
- Can you walk me through your background and experience?
- Do you have any experience in sales or customer service?
- What is your level of desire for this role and your drive to succeed?
Agent
The interview process was pretty simple. It had a few parts to see if you'd be a good fit and to give you info about the job. It was a fast and easy process overall. Just watch out for how hard it is to get the training money they talk about. It's tough to get this money, even though they make it sound easy.
- Do you take the initiative to be successful?
