The interview process was unclear and seemed to drag on for a while. Communication wasn't great, and it felt like the team members weren't on the same page. Everyone seemed unhappy and overloaded with work. They kept asking the same questions over and over again, and it felt like there were too many interview rounds. The email communication was also rude. It's interesting because they also have a high employee retention rate but offer very low salaries.

I applied and heard back the next day. I set up a meeting and met with two people. One seemed nice, the other was very hot-headed and rude. They were desperate to fill the role, mentioning it had been open for three months. The low salary is non-negotiable. The hot-headed one questioned the skills on my resume, which I had highlighted in my cover letter, about how they would be valuable to the team. They said I'd hear back but I never did. Instead, they relisted the position on the same website. I emailed for an update, but got no response. They offer low, non-negotiable salaries. Most reviews mention a very poor work/life balance. I had a friend who worked there and organized galas, significantly contributing to their success for those quarters, yet she was never recognized. I took a chance applying to see if this organization might be unfairly treating people. But from how I was treated during and after the interview, I can see this organization doesn't value its employees. It was good I didn't hear back, as I would have felt pressured to accept a job I would have strongly disliked.

Went through three interviews but never heard back or got any follow-up after the last one. Emailed a few times trying to get an answer, but still nothing, not even a rejection. It would have been nice to get some kind of response, even if it was a rejection, after completing all three interviews.

Applied online and about a month later, someone reached out to set up a phone interview. The phone interview had two interviewers and included standard questions. About a week after that, I heard back and was invited for a second interview in New York. This in-person interview was with two senior executives and lasted about 30 minutes. After the in-person, they asked for my references and contacted them that same week. I got an offer, but I turned it down because of the salary.
