Trainee Engineer
There was a panel interview with about 8 people, and they were all pretty laid back. They asked me about my academic background, my goals for the near future, and why they should consider hiring me. Then they talked a lot about where the department is headed and what they're currently working on.
- Can you describe a project from your school days and the key takeaways from that experience?
Engineer
The interview involves a three-person panel. They'll take you on a tour of the department and ask about your skills during the tour. Afterwards, you'll go back to a conference room for more questions about your previous experience while they write things down. The entire thing lasts about an hour.
- Could you share an example from your previous work where you used the skills we talked about concerning DOT procedures?
