The interview process was laid back and friendly. I chatted with the branch manager for about half an hour. They asked about my previous work history, my abilities in customer service, and my overall skills. The assistant manager was supposed to join but wasn't able to make it.

It went really well. They asked me some basic questions about my past work and some customer service scenarios. They also explained the job details and what to expect if I got hired.

after you apply, the branch manager will call you to talk about the job, the hours, and stuff. They will ask if you can work those hours/days. They'll tell you about training dates and places and ask if you can go. Also, they'll mention a drug test and fingerprinting are needed. If they think you're a good fit, a face-to-face interview will be set up. Usually, the manager and assistant manager do this interview, but sometimes it's just the manager. It's typically pretty chill and they ask the usual interview questions.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a part-time role at a different branch originally. After applying, I got an interview invite within a week. I thought I connected well with the hiring manager there, she seemed really interested in me and why I wanted to work for her. Even though she didn't pick me, she still thought I was a good candidate and sent my resume over to my current branch when a spot opened up. For that interview, the branch manager did a phone call with me, and then the assistant manager did the in-person interview. I wasn't sure how it would go because I didn't know if I made as good of a connection with them as I thought I did with the first manager.
