The interview process was really friendly. They mostly asked behavioral questions and didn't focus on technical skills. They've stayed in touch even though I didn't get an offer. I'd suggest getting to know the recruiters to help secure an offer.

Had a Zoom interview with HR. It was general to the company and not really about the job I applied for. They reached out to me over a month after I submitted my application.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process at NYCFC was one of the best! HR was super responsive to all my emails and questions, which was really nice. After a quick phone screening, I had 3-4 virtual Zoom meetings. First, I met with the hiring manager, then other team members. After that, I completed a project and had a final interview with the head of the team. They let me know upfront it would take a while, and it did, but overall it was a great experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole thing took ages, lots of waiting. First, there were two interviews, one with HR and another with the hiring manager. After that, they gave me this really detailed writing assignment. Then, I had to do an in-person presentation to a panel. They gave me a tour of the office and then sent me home. After that, nothing, just silence. I got ghosted.
