The interview process was simple and straightforward. I met with several department heads in a series of interviews in person. Since it was an intern interview many years ago, virtual wasn't an option. The set up is quite cumbersome though from a paperwork perspective.

I got an interview offer via email, and then had a phone call. About two weeks after that, I had an onsite interview with two people, who were CRS I and II. The interview was pretty standard, just asking and answering questions. They used a question template and wrote down my answers. They sent me an offer by email a week later.
