The interview process was a bit long, with 4 rounds in total. I interviewed with each member of the team individually, and it concluded with an HR round. The team members were good and friendly. There was also a general math test as the first round.

The whole thing took about a month from when I first heard from NYCM to when I got the offer, after the in person interview, background check, etc. The interview itself had a behavioral part, a logic test, and a Java test. Both tests were on paper and pretty simple. Each section lasted about an hour. Just a heads up, the location in Edemeston NY is super remote, so plan your travel carefully, especially if it's winter.

I got a call for an interview. The office was in a nice area, but it looked deserted. It felt like I was going to sign my life away and then walk into an empty office. I was called in to meet the team and was set up to go out on the field to sell sports tickets door to door. I'd advise against it.

It was a great interview! They asked me about myself and then told me about the company. The interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. I felt like the work I was told about in the interview was exactly what I ended up doing for my internship.
