I had an initial screening where we talked about my career history and ambitions. Then I did two more general interviews where we discussed high-level solutions and problem-solving approaches. They mentioned a final interview, but I didn't hear back for weeks, and eventually, I was told the position was filled.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It started with an HR interview, then I talked to the Team Leader. After that, I was given an assignment to get familiar with their Solution. Then, I interviewed with someone from the team to review my answers. The final interview was a case study that I had to present to three people from the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got referred by a friend on the same team, so things moved really fast. It went like this: a phone screen, then two 1-hour skills review interviews, followed by a short follow-up skills interview with another team member. The last step was a brief 1:1 presentation/roleplay. It wasn't a walk in the park, especially the main interview where they really dug into my skills, but there were no surprises or trick questions. They just wanted to make sure my experience was a good fit for the role and that I'd be a cultural fit. Overall, it was a great experience with a team that seems really passionate about New Relic.
