This was a really thorough and intensive interview process! I don't think I've ever gone through anything as rigorous, it was over 4 hours in person. I actually didn't mind because it seems like they really care about who they hire.
- How do you deal with stress?
CAD Technician
I had a panel interview with 4 math tests that I didn't know were coming. They also told me it would take weeks to get a second interview, which I didn't have time for.
- What is your best quality, according to your best friend?

It started with a simple math test. Then I interviewed with the boss, followed by his boss, and then another interview, and another, and another. They kept emphasizing that the job requires 50-55 hour work weeks, which is a huge chunk of your life. They talked a lot about their high salaries, which sounded appealing, and also stressed how demanding the work is. I found that claim hard to believe, given how basic AutoCAD work is. It felt like they were justifying their own long hours spent drawing. Ultimately, they said I wasn't a 'right fit.' While the lower-level managers were decent, the higher-ups reminded me of judgmental people from high school who ended up in soul-crushing office jobs. I guess I dodged a bullet; good luck with those 8-hour, 7-day-a-week drawing sessions.
- There was a math test and a short IQ-style assessment.
Software Engineer
I applied online and had an online test with three parts on Woven. Then, an interview was scheduled. It was a straightforward 3-hour interview. The first 2 hours were with the Senior manager and IT Manager, followed by an hour of technical interview with the dev team.
- General Behavioral questions were asked.
- Tell me about the Two Sum problem.
- How would you count the Number of valid Reports?
