The interview was pretty standard, nothing too tricky. They asked direct questions and the employees were not intimidating. They were flexible with meeting times and understood I had a student schedule. It was a quick and informative interview. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a very chill, informal process. They asked some basic questions about your IT/Computer experience. Having system building experience seems to be a big plus. We talked a little about pay, and they mentioned it would be low, but the job is steady. This is just for students at the college, though.

started off normally with a phone interview over basic attributes and personality questions, then there was a drug test, after the drug test was a panel interview, followed by a one on one interview. All in all, a pretty straightforward process. I was also told during the interview a background check would be done.

The interview day was set up. The first round was a formal interview with the director, associate director, and supervisor. The second round was an informal chat with other coworkers. The whole interview process lasted 4 hours, and the decision came out after a month and a half.
