Cashier
It was simple, easy, and quick. They mainly wanted to get to know me as a person and didn't require prior experience. Afterwards, I completed about half a day of online training.
- Can you tell me about your life outside of work?
Cashier
The interview process was really smooth and efficient. I spoke with both the HR manager and the department manager. They asked some common questions and it seemed like they genuinely cared about my responses. I felt really comfortable in the environment and was actually excited to answer their questions and ask my own. The interview wasn't too long, just the right amount of time.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Administrative Assistant
It started with an intro, and then we had a main interview with three people asking six questions. They asked about my past administrative assistant work, my education, my salary expectations, and if I had certifications.
- How do you handle situations where you have multiple tasks that conflict with each other?
