The interview lasted for about 40 minutes. They focused a lot on my past experiences and academic projects, really digging into the skills I listed on my resume. The interviewers were supportive when I stumbled on a question at one point, and I left feeling positive and confident about the whole thing.

Technical Coding

The interview process basically consisted of two rounds, a Technical round and an HR round. The Technical round included basic OOPs and Data Structures questions, followed by a coding test. During the coding test, I was evaluated on how effectively I code and my understanding of naming conventions. The coding questions covered topics like Palindrome, String Reverse, and Fibonacci series.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite unusual from start to finish. I had two virtual meetings, and then an in-person interview. They seemed inexperienced with interviewing, struggling to ask common, standard questions. After talking with three different people at NJII (one of them twice), I was rejected by someone I had never interacted with before. When I asked for feedback on my application, they ghosted me. This job has been posted at least three more times over different periods (suggesting they've hired people who haven't stayed long).
