Behavioral Technical

The hiring manager asked a couple of standard questions, mainly focusing on how well you interact with people, your confidence, and your communication skills. It would be best if you already have a contact selling tickets. The interviewer wants to see your passion for the nonprofit.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty quick, and they gave me their decision within two weeks of requesting an interview. Quick and painless, but they are looking for someone who would rather be the best at sales than have friends in their workplace.

Behavioral Case

The first interview was good so they set up a second one with someone else. I emailed the second person multiple times about scheduling but got no response for a week. I reached out to the first interviewer to see if I could talk to someone else since the second person wasn't replying. I finally got the second interview set up on Zoom. I waited in the call for 15 minutes and then got an email saying the interviewer had to cancel. Another week went by with no emails before I got a reply for the second interview. The second interview itself felt like I was wasting the interviewer's time and they seemed uninterested. They said I'd get an email in two days. Two weeks later I had to follow up about my application status and found out they weren't moving forward with me. It was super unprofessional and disorganized.

Group Behavioral

It was a group interview initially with a big group of about 50 people. They then narrowed down the group based on interest in the candidates, and then about 10 candidates were interviewed one on one. The questions were pretty standard, nothing specific about hockey, as they don't really care about hockey knowledge because you can learn that easily by spending time at the arena.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about the biggest challenge you have faced and how you overcame it.
