The interview process was really disorganized. For the first interview, they had me record a video, which felt very one-sided. The recruiter then set up a meeting with the hiring manager, but they didn't have any HR details like the pay range, which would have been good to know beforehand. I was told I was the top candidate and advanced to the next stage, which involved a project and a trip to present it. When I tried to get more info from the recruiter, they completely forgot about me for a week. After that, I was just ghosted – no project, no callback, nothing. I definitely won't interview with them again; it's quite embarrassing for the company.

So they had me do this video interview thing first, which was kinda weird and awkward, where I had to record myself answering stuff. After that, I got to move on and talk to the people I'd be working with, which went pretty well, just two 30-minute 1:1s in person. Then, for the final round, I had a chat with two people who don't really work much with the team I was applying for, which I thought was a bit strange since they were quite cold and off. I didn't get the job in the end, but the process was pretty straightforward.

Got contacted first via LinkedIn, then had a phone interview, followed by a Skype interview. The final stage was an in-person meeting with the Country Manager and the Director. The atmosphere was very friendly yet professional. Both interviewers focused on different aspects. They value good preparation and soft skills.

I got an email for a phone interview for an analyst position. I thought the phone interview went well. They asked the usual question about my five-year plan with the company. I was told I'd hear back from the hiring manager or the interviewer if I wasn't selected. I never heard back, and I think if they take the time to call for an interview, they should at least let you know if you're not a final candidate.
