It's a multi-step but really fair interview process! You begin with an online call, and then usually, they invite you in person to meet with different people. Everyone is super friendly, and there's a lot of opportunity to grow.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found the sales job on Teamwork and reached out to the sales manager directly via LinkedIn with my resume and cover letter. He responded quickly and scheduled a casual phone chat. After that, I had to do this weird digital interview where I recorded answers to questions under a time limit. I thought I messed up, but I guess not, because HR called me the next week to invite me for an in-person interview at Gillette Stadium. It was long, like three hours. I didn't get the offer because the manager said I seemed too shy for sales, which he didn't pick up on in the earlier calls. Still, it seems like a good place for young sales folks to learn, so I'm bummed.

First, I had a typical phone screen with HR to see if my qualifications matched the role. It was clear and straightforward. The second round was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager where I got to see the office and the work environment.
