Project Manager
Applied online and heard back within a week to set up a phone screen. The screen was chill and the interviewer seemed cool. They asked about my last gig, like what went wrong and what my duties were. Then, it jumped straight to salary stuff, which felt a little early, but I get it. I asked for the pay range, and they wouldn't say it, which was weird. I told them my target salary and even a rock-bottom minimum, and they said even that was too much. Based on what I've seen for similar jobs around here, their offer is low. They did mention a 10% bonus, but didn't explain how it worked. Since they couldn't meet my minimum, the call pretty much ended. It's good they were upfront about their budget, but my minimum was in line with the market, and some companies just can't match that. This role seems to be at the very low end for IT, so experienced and certified folks should probably look elsewhere.
- Can you tell me about your responsibilities in your previous role?
- What aspects of your last job were unsatisfactory?
- Could you detail your duties from your prior position?
Systems Engineer
Had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with the direct manager and a peer engineer, and it was mostly technical. The second interview was with the whole engineering team, which was a great experience to meet everyone and see if the culture was a fit. It was mostly laid-back questions about hobbies and need stuff, etc. The third interview was basically a follow-up to get my overall feedback and check my interest in the position. It was a cool experience, unlike any other interview process I've had. It was great to meet the whole team.
- Lots of technical questions were asked in the first interview.
- Lots of personality questions were asked in the second interview.
Clinical Coordinator
I've gone through 4 interviews so far, including a phone interview and an in-person meeting with two managers and the recruiter. The questions asked were pretty standard, like how many calls I've handled in a day and asking for an example of going above and beyond for a customer. Their hiring process really drags on though. They said I'd hear back within 5 days, but it's been over a month and I've neither received an offer nor a rejection. It's frustrating to wait this long for an update.

Utilization Manager
First I had a pre-screen with the HR rep, then got an email with a time-limited typing and data entry test. After that, I had an interview with the UM management team on site where they asked open-ended philosophical and clinical questions. Then there was another typing and data entry test and finally another interview with the management team.
- Tell me about yourself and your background.
- What are your career aspirations?
- Can you share some insights based on your experience?
