It started with a screening questionnaire, followed by a prescreening call and a presentation interview. The interviewers seemed barely interested and had a robotic, monotone attitude. They were totally disrespectful towards minorities or people of colour. No matter how intelligent, qualified, educated, and well-behaved you are, if you don't look like them or belong to a different ethnic group, you're definitely not getting in. It's a true example of systematic discrimination. You won't even get an update from HR about refusal or feedback. You can grow or envision a career if you are in the minority.
