The interview process itself was fairly easy, however the vibe of the interview process highlighted how much the team works and how you would be expected to be available nearly 24/7 with very little support from superiors.

The interviewer was rude and didn't answer my questions about the job. They also criticized how I explained my past work. It was a bad interview, I don't suggest applying here.

I had two informal chats with people, which was nice. Then, I was given assignments the day before Christmas Eve with only 12 hours notice. I got them done even though it was super last minute (I figured maybe the job itself involves tight deadlines so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the timing), but then they just ghosted. I emailed a few weeks later for an update and still heard nothing. It was surprising because everyone seemed really cool and I was told I wouldn't be ghosted.

It took them a long time to initially schedule the interview. But after that it was a great process. They were all very friendly and there were no tricks. After the interview (in person) there was a short editing quiz.
