First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at New Balance.
Demand Planner
It was a two-round interview process. The first round was a phone interview, and the second round was a 3-hour interview with four people. They had a nice facility and the environment was very professional. I got a full tour of the building and was happy to meet the whole team during the interview.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join New Balance?
Demand Planner
It was a long drawn out process, lasting over a month, with several interviews. Communication was poor between interview stages, and I had to follow up for updates after every interview.
- Why are you interested in this company?
Planner
I applied online and spoke with HR initially. We chatted about my background and how I could fit in. They also went over the job details and their company culture, plus what they were seeking. They got back to me in about a week to say they were moving on with other candidates, but I appreciated that they kept me in the loop.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- How do you see yourself contributing to this position?
- What is your understanding of our operational methods?
