I spoke with both the district manager and regional manager. The questions and how long it took were pretty much what I expected for this kind of job. I didn't get an offer and they never got back to me.

I was pretty happy to get a quick response to my application, like, within an hour of submitting it, and was excited to set up my phone interview. When the day came, the recruiter called me about ten minutes late. They then went through my resume with me and asked a bunch of questions that didn't really seem related to the job description. They asked a lot about my social media and event planning experience, which I've done before. They asked very few questions that seemed relevant to being a retail manager. It was one of the weirder interviews I've had.

Had a quick basic interview. They just asked simple questions to get a feel for the kind of person I am. They asked me several personality-based questions. It was a very typical interview where they asked about my goals, weaknesses, and times I succeeded or didn't succeed and how I handled those situations. I had a follow-up interview after the initial phone interview. It was a very quick and painless process.
