The job was listed as fully remote. There were 3 technical interviews, each 30 minutes long, conducted over Teams. The interviews were more focused on personality and work style rather than deep technical details. The hiring managers were very nice and easy to talk to. I confirmed the role was fully remote because the team is located all over the world. I got a verbal offer at the end of the process, with paperwork to come later. However, several days after, the offer was rescinded and changed to hybrid only. They then offered me relocation assistance. After that, the hiring person missed our scheduled call, stopped replying to my emails, and essentially ghosted me.

It started with a basic interview, then a technical interview focused on my work experience. They asked about programming languages and the frameworks used for building applications. We also discussed databases for both backend and frontend frameworks. The interview was really tough.
