Branch Manager
The interview process involved combining adjectives about your professional strengths, such as proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with examples of your experience and skills, like leveraging analytical abilities to solve complex problems. You also had to accept company rules.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Cleaner
It was a really simple, quick, and easy process! The whole thing took less than 30 minutes! All the questions were common sense and based on my experience and how long I've been in my current job.
- What sparked your interest in this role?
- Can you share why you're looking to leave your current job?
- In what ways would you contribute positively to our team?
Behavioral Coach
The interview process was professional and casual. A lot of the questions centered around experience, but also gave hypothetical situations you would be dealing with in the position. The interviewer was kind and very professional, overall good interview experience.
- How would you handle clients who are uncooperative?
- How do you approach questions about political topics?
- What is your approach when family members are resistant to the coaching process?
Therapist
The interview was for a position at San Pasqual Academy. It began with a lengthy form that took about 20 minutes to complete, followed by a 40-minute one-on-one meeting with my potential supervisor. I was told about the form upon arrival and that it needed to be filled out before the meeting, which felt redundant since it asked for information already on my resume. This made me feel rushed during the actual meeting. They should let people know beforehand to arrive 30 minutes early to complete the form or at least acknowledge it's part of the interview. I sent a thank you email but never heard back about the outcome.
- Could you describe your theoretical orientation?
- How would you handle a conflict with a coworker or manager?
