I was working at another State of NV job when Rawson - Neal Social Work Director called me and invited me to apply. I gave them three professional testimonies of my work. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. There was a 1 year period of probation and co-workers told me that I was NEVER to object or question anything administration directed.

I had a phone interview that seemed too easy, which turned out to be a red flag. When I arrived at the remote location for my assignment, I realized why. It was a place no one else would agree to work at. I should have done more research and not trusted the interviewer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interview was remarkably easy.
  • I cannot recall a single question that was difficult.
