First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals.
Director of Business Development
Had three interviews total. One was in person, and two were over the phone. I talked to the recruiter, the CEO, and the VP of Business Development. It was all behavioral questions and answers. The questions were about the job I was applying for.
- How would you handle this situation?
Human Resource Coordinator
I had an initial screening with a recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with the HR Director. After two weeks, I got the offer.
- Can you describe your experience with annual training sessions and onboarding new hires?
Patient Access Representative
The hiring process took a while, but I do think having more than one interview is good for hiring. All 3 interviews were pretty easy to set up and they worked with my schedule.
- Can you recall a time in your previous jobs when you had to resolve a difficult situation and what the outcome was?
- Describe a situation from a previous job where you dealt with a tough circumstance and what happened in the end.
Registered Nurse
First I talked to HR and then the Director of Nursing. It was straightforward. The CEO even met with me after the interview, which was really impressive. I was struck by how much the leaders seemed to care.
- What motivates you to work with patients who present significant challenges?
