This was the longest and worst interview process ever, spanning over five interviews and a five-month extension. I stayed patient because I felt I was a great fit for what they needed. Eventually, I got the offer with the agreed-upon salary, benefits, and start date. This led me to cancel three other job applications, consult my accountant for contract adjustments, and write my resignation letter. However, on the next business day, they rescinded the offer, causing significant losses for me.

They put you through numerous filters, only to inform you the day before the final interview that they are no longer interested in moving forward. Highly unprofessional—would not recommend this company to anyone.

The interview process included a screening call, then an interview with the Solution Architect Manager, and finally the Service Cloud Practice Lead. Everyone I spoke with was nice and smart. The interviews were basically conversations where I discussed my background, answered their questions, and asked about the job and company. It was pretty straightforward, though some questions were tough.
