First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NeurAbilities Healthcare.
Human Resources
They totally ghosted me after saying I'd hear back the next week, even if they weren't gonna move forward. So I called like a month later to check in and they were like, 'still deciding.' Never heard back after that.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Consultant
I talked to the recruiter a few times. First for an RBT position a while back, where she tried to get me to take a per diem job instead of full time, which felt like she just needed to fill that role. I ended up taking another job and doing well. Then I reapplied for a consultant role at one clinic, but she wanted me to consider clinics far away. She was vague about salary and benefits until I pressed her. She also told me how I should dress and act for the interview to get promoted. She had a real used-car salesman vibe and completely put me off the company.
- How would you assess the success of ABA for a client?
Registered Behavior Technician
It was a group interview, which can be intimidating! But the hiring manager did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and not stressed out.
- Can you share an instance from your experience working with children where you felt you made a significant or life-altering positive impact on their lives?
RBT
It was a structured in person interview where I was given standard interview questions. It was clear that they had a high level of expectation for their new hires. I found the higher ups knowledgeable.
- Tell me about your experience with specific programming languages.
