I went through 3 interviews in total. First, there was an initial HR screening. Then, I had a technical interview focusing on my past experiences and knowledge. Finally, there was a presentation interview where I had to present and explain a previous project. The interviewers were all nice, but unfortunately, I was ghosted after the final interview. There was no coding test.

I had a phone call interview with some technical questions. It went well so they invited me for an in-person interview. I traveled to Irvine, California for an interview and I had a very good interview with 3 programmers including one lead programmer. It took around 1.5 hours. I had the best interview I have ever had and I answered almost all the questions. They seemed very happy with me and all the feedback were so positive. They told me the final step will be a phone call with the vice president next week. I was so excited. After that, I haven't heard anything from them. I contacted their recruiter multiple times but he kept telling me "I am waiting for the next step, I will let you know later". I asked him please let me know the final decision, but I heard nothing. They did not even bother to tell me what was their final decision. I am so disappointed with their interview process. They did not respect my time and effort to travel over there to have an interview. It was not professional at all to not tell the interviewee that they decided to reject her. They just waste my time.

Worst Experience, I went through all 4 rounds and cleared them all but wasn't selected. I had already told the HR about my notice period and salary history before the interviews. After the 4th round, the HR told me I was selected and would get the offer by end of day. After waiting until EOD, I called the HR, but they stopped answering and ignored me. Really bad experience, total waste of time.
