Intern
First, there's an English test. Then, you'll have an online interview with both an HR recruiter and a director. The final step is a face-to-face visit to the office, where you'll also complete a questionnaire about your communication and working style.
- How would you handle a patient who is under a lot of stress?
Business Intelligence Specialist
First I got a call from the company to set up a meeting, then I had an interview with the manager and an HR representative. After this call, I might get a case to prepare and present in Excel at the next meeting.
- Can you describe your previous role and your responsibilities?
- Tell me about your experience with Excel, data visualization, and Power BI.
Project Manager
The hiring process usually takes 1-3 weeks. You'll likely have one or two phone calls with NEUCA, and if those go well, they'll probably invite you for an on-site interview with the team. Keep in touch with employers via email and phone. Show initiative and that you really want the job and will go the extra mile. They're looking for ambitious, innovative people to help them achieve their goals. They want pioneers who believe success is measured against the possible, not the probable. Basically, an ideal candidate is creative and works hard to find the best solutions. Show you want to learn and make a positive impact. Speed is key at Amazon, as they take calculated risks to deliver the best products. Mention a time you were efficient at work. Research NEUCA – their history, mission, and services. Knowing their values like diversity and hard work will help you answer questions about them. If you get an interview, practice answering their specific questions.
- Can you share an instance where you resolved a professional challenge leading to success?
- Describe a time you effectively led a team.
- What specific skills would you contribute to Procter & Gamble?
Category Manager Assistant
The whole thing took 1.5 months, which was too long. I ended up accepting an offer from another company while Neuca's process was still dragging on. I went through 3 interviews: the first involved basic motivation questions and some tests. The second was with a senior recruiter and was more specific. The third was with the hiring manager. A fourth interview was planned but I didn't get to it. There was at least a 2-week gap between each interview.
- What's your general motivation for this role?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
- Describe your past work experience.
