& Process

It's a structured, multi-stage process to see how you fit, your skills, and experience. It's usually 5 steps: introductions, some small talk, we'll ask you some questions, you get to ask us questions, and then we wrap up.

I first chatted with HR, and then I talked to the Hiring Manager. They got back to me really quickly. It was a good experience overall, and I liked the interviews. It turns out I wasn't the best fit for this specific role, but they said they'd keep my resume in case something else opens up.

I was contacted by HR who asked some really basic stuff, and then we talked about benefits and the job. After that, I had a meeting with the technical manager. The interview itself was pretty relaxed. They asked about technologies I liked using and what I thought would lead to success.

I went through a pretty long interview process with Netwoven, it took about a month and had five rounds. It was a really thorough process, covering a lot of ground to make sure I understood the job and the company's culture. Each interview was a chance for me to show what I know and how excited I am about the role. The interviewers were great, easy to talk to, and I felt a good vibe with the team. Even though I put in a lot of time and effort, they told me the job wasn't available right now because there weren't any projects going on. I get that things change, but it was a bummer to hear that after such a long and hopeful interview process. They did a good job keeping me in the loop about each stage and giving updates. Still, it would have been nice to know about the job's availability sooner so I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up too much. So, overall, the interviews themselves were good and informative, but it was a letdown that the job wasn't actually open. I hope they can let candidates know about job status earlier in the future.
