It was a 30 minute phone call where the recruiter was super knowledgeable about the company and answered all my questions. They also gave me some tips on getting a mortgage license to boost my commission earnings.

I applied online and then got an email from the recruiter with some options to schedule a call, which was great because I like to schedule phone screenings instead of getting surprise calls. Round 1 was a chat with corporate recruiter Marion F., who was fantastic and made the interview process with NetWorth one of the best I've had. It was a really engaging and informal conversation. Marion told me a lot about the company, its leaders, and my predecessor. She asked some really smart and creative questions that let me share my career history and show my personality and work style. I felt like I gave her a good sense of what I could bring to the company, and I was invited to Round 2 soon after. Round 2 was an in-person meeting at their Austin, TX office where I met with two of the owners. They asked more specific questions about why I was looking for a new job and wanted to hear about my achievements in business operations and how I've saved the company money. They seemed really happy with my answers because I had specific examples. The owners were also very polite, approachable, professional, and knowledgeable. Round 3 was a phone interview with one of the owners who couldn't make it to Round 2. That also went really well. He was very open and honest about his leadership style and how he runs the business, which helped me understand the role and what they were looking for in a candidate. Round 4 was a quick in-person chat about salary and bonuses. After that, the recruiter asked for permission to check my references, which was a professional move. I got an offer less than a week after the last interview round. I turned down the offer because the benefits weren't competitive compared to what I'm used to from start-up and tech companies, especially regarding PTO. But the overall interview process was very positive, mainly because of Marion's excellent communication and professionalism. I'd definitely recommend this company if you're looking for an exciting job in a fast-growing, performance-driven place.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter who was out of state. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview at their office. This in-office interview was pretty disappointing because the managing broker didn't even show up. The person who interviewed me seemed unenthusiastic and had a bias against women. I figured out pretty quickly that Networth Realty wasn't a good fit, especially when the interviewer mentioned that there were no women working in the office aside from the front desk staff. This experience was surprising given the great reviews on Glassdoor and the positive interactions with the owner on Bigger Pockets. It makes me wonder if this was just a one-off bad interview or if it was a sign to stay away. This is my first Glassdoor review, and I wish it could have been a good one.

The interview process was good and very straightforward. I had one phone interview and two interviews with management. I asked a lot of questions and got straight good direct answers. The interview cleared any concerns I had. They asked typical interview questions to get to know you and your attitude and experience to see if you are a right fit.
