First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Network Distribution.
Software Engineer
It was a really bad process. I waited almost two months and did 6 interviews, but they ended up picking someone else. They seemed really disorganized throughout. It felt unprofessional and like they didn't respect my time. They weren't very empathetic or transparent in how they communicated. Super frustrating and not a good experience.
- The questions asked weren't really that important.
Salesforce Developer
I had a 30-minute phone interview that went well, with the kinds of questions I expected. They said they'd get back to me with an offer in about a week, and they did.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
AR Accounts
I had a phone interview first and then an onsite. They sent me a long application that was a waste of time and thankfully it wasn't used. One of the four people I met seemed bored when we shook hands. Another interviewer was looking out the window. The third interviewer kept asking about my weekend plans. After the interview, I decided I didn't want to work there anymore.
- What are you looking for in a manager?
- What annoys you about coworkers?
Customer Service Representative
I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter and then went into the office for a face-to-face interview. I met with 4 people, 2 from HR and 2 customer service managers. I was there for about 2 hours. Everyone was really friendly and time just flew by. It was very conversational. They called me later that week to do references and I got the offer not long after.
- Can you tell me about your experience working in the grey?
