Had 3 rounds of interviews over zoom. Multiple hiring agents were there to check my knowledge of basic technical stuff needed for the job. First was with HR, second was technical, and the third one mixed technical questions with a review of the position.

My initial interview was booked on a holiday and then got cancelled without them telling me. They quickly scheduled a make-up interview. I was asked about 10-15 generic questions and was told to save my questions for the next round. I thought it went well and felt confident. I never got an email to schedule another interview or even a generic rejection, they totally ghosted me.

The interview process at Network Coverage was a good experience. Alex (who is awesome) emailed me first and explained everything needed for the interview. I was upfront and honest in my responses. The role was IT Consultant, which involved supporting clients by phone, email, and in person with their IT issues. My experience fit the role well. After the initial interview, an HR consultant conducted a personality assessment. After interviewing with both Alex and Gino (also awesome), I knew I wanted to work there, and now I do. Network Coverage is a great company, and I'm happy I found them.

The recruitment process was quite uninspiring. They actually missed an interview they scheduled and had to reschedule it. During the actual interview, the recruiter was constantly checking their phone. The recruiter asked technical questions that they clearly didn't have deep knowledge about, suggesting they were just following a script for the initial technical assessment. I didn't receive any feedback and was told they'd get back to me in two weeks, but haven't heard anything since. Given the recruiter's unenthusiastic attitude, I wasn't really expecting to.
