Got a call from HR via Naukri. Talked about my work experience, current CTC, and the JD for a Digital profile. Then, a technical round with a developer and an engineering manager (over an hour). Covered ES6 concepts, Promises, Node internals, microservices, scaling, Docker, a string problem, and DB query optimization. After that, a CTO round (30+ mins) discussing past experience, tech stack, DevOps, performance, and UI. It was a good, detailed chat about the role. HR was super helpful and the whole process felt smooth. Good interview experience overall.
