First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NetWolves.
Employee
It was pretty easy and only took about 15 minutes. We spent the first half talking about my past work experience and then the second half he walked me through what the job would entail. He asked me about my favorite Excel function to gauge my knowledge.
- He inquired about my attention to detail, mentioning the complexity of their systems.
Service Delivery
So, I got referred by someone I used to work with for a service delivery job at NetWolves. I had just quit my job as a Program Manager and was struggling to even get interviews. I sent my resume to the hiring manager for the Service Delivery team and they invited me for an interview. It wasn't just her who interviewed me; the project management manager and the VP of Operations also interviewed me. The VP thought my background made me a better fit for an executive assistant role, so that's what I was hired as.

Director
Got the heads up about this role from someone I knew. Sent my resume to HR, and they got back to me in less than a day to set up an interview. Had a 75-minute chat with the Senior Management / Executive team that same week. HR followed up within 24 hours and set up another interview with an Executive who wasn't there the first time. The whole thing from start to offer took about 8 business days.
- Were there questions about vision and past success in key management areas for the role?
Technical Support Representative
I went in for an in-person interview that went pretty well. Then I had to interview with the supervisor, who seemed really impressed and said I'd get an offer the following week. The entire thing took about three hours. But then, no offer came, and I was basically ghosted for a bit. After a few weeks, I just got an automated rejection email with no explanation. I saw on their LinkedIn that they hired someone else who wasn't even qualified. Even though the first interviewers and the supervisor were nice, I feel like the final decision-makers were biased somehow. It felt like a really biased selection process, and I won't bother with this company again.
- Can you answer some standard IT questions?
- Can you explain network protocols?
- Can you describe OSI layers?
